Following instructions from our current client, Realm, we initially conducted a full site survey and audit of current signage to fully assess the requirements in rebranding the site. Working closely with our client and our own in house design studio, we created a package to cover all aspects of external signage on site.

Predominantly, the majority of signage was bespoke and work had to be completed to coincide with a new Nike store opening and also a major marketing campaign to raise the profile of Talke. The signage package included a new 8metre high double sided totem sign comprising of fabricated LED lettering and illuminated tenant logos. Further, fabricated halo LED lettering was added to entrance glazed canopies, digitally printed graphics to glazing, new flags and flagpoles and over 30no digitally printed PVC temporary banners which are updated on a seasonal basis and remedial updates to existing wayfinding signage.

Further internal and external works have been completed in June this year by replacing the existing digitally printed floor graphics, updating the banners and maintenance on the external signage in place.

Update – We were approached by our client to update the look of the existing internal directory signs to implement their new branding scheme.

To do this, we removed the existing signs on site, back to our workshop and repainted the structures to match the new grey colour as required. We then applied full colour digitally printed vinyls of a wood effect look to the main body of all signs and re-applied poster cases to the face of each side.

The outcome was very effective and helped give the centre a fresh feel.
