Utilising our Clients existing brand idea, we put forward a detailed planning proposal that was granted. Fabricated bespoke signage was designed and manufactured which flowed throughout the centre to keep consistency.
Utilising our Clients existing brand ideas, we developed a comprehensive specification and design package to submit to the local planning authority. As the centre is situated in the middle of a conservation area we had to work to very strict guidelines regarding the aesthetics of the proposals and take into account planning had been refused in the past on the Victorian glazed apex entrance.
By adopting a traditional approach, we proposed individually fabricated lettering with halo LED illumination which in turn would be mounted onto slimline crossbars and powder coated black to match the canopies. This was accepted as enhancing the overall look without any unslightly panels or lighting issues and the image was then produced on other entrances to continue the consistency of the brand.
Further internal work included suspended, digitally printed PVC banners, which were placed in the mall areas, so the brand could flow throughout, visible from any entrance without being over signed! Overall, an excellent, clean, traditional image for this type of centre.
